Teachers and Students — Just for Schools

The Adirondack Museum is an amazing resource for New York State teachers! Our collections include artifacts, historic maps, diaries, journals, and historic photographs — and all are incorporated into special programs designed just for schools. Museum classes help students put their "hands-on" history through interactive experiences led by our staff.

Exhibit-based classes, museum activities, outreach programs in your classroom, and the Adirondack History Network are just a few of the ways we work with teachers and students. We're happy to discuss special programs and research projects to meet your curricular and classroom needs. Call 518.352.7311 or email education@adkmuseum.org for more information.
